安装与蓝牙连接Installation and Bluetooth

仅适用于符合配套要求的 12V 铅酸汽车电瓶维护补电，不作应急启动电源。连接关系为光伏板 → BSM12-1B → 车辆 OBD；此处不代表插拔顺序。

For matched 12V lead-acid vehicle batteries; not a jump starter. Connection layout: solar panel → BSM12-1B → vehicle OBD. This does not specify the connection order.

停车时固定光伏板，避开遮挡，不遮挡视线和气囊；线缆避开踏板及活动机构，行车前收纳。玻璃、贴膜与温度会影响补电效果，车型与插拔要求以配套指导为准。

Secure the panel while parked. Keep visibility, airbags, pedals and moving parts clear; stow it before driving. Glass, tint and temperature affect charging. Follow the guidance for your vehicle and hardware.

安装专用 App 并打开手机蓝牙，授予附近设备等权限。短按设备键后，在 App 蓝牙设置中搜索自己的 BSM 设备并连接，在信息页同步时间。

Install the dedicated app, enable Bluetooth and grant the requested permissions. Press the device button briefly, find your BSM device in the app and connect. Synchronize time on the information page.

未连接时广播约 5 分钟，再次按键可重新开放或延长；已经连接不因窗口到时断开。断开后重新开放窗口。

Advertising remains open for about five minutes while disconnected. Another press reopens or extends it. The timeout does not end an active connection; disconnection opens a new window.

启动电压记录Starting-voltage records

① 启动车辆前短按设备键，同时开放蓝牙并开始记录，无需先连接手机，不必长按。

1. Briefly press the device button before starting the vehicle. This opens Bluetooth and starts recording; a phone connection is not required.

② 尽快按车辆原有方式启动。从按设备键开始最长记录 15 秒，明确压降恢复后可能提前结束；记录或保存时重复按键不会重开。

2. Start the vehicle normally soon afterwards. Recording lasts up to 15 seconds from the button press and may end earlier after a clear recovery. Pressing again during recording or saving does not restart it.

③ 连接 App → 电池页 → 同步记录，选择记录查看曲线、已采最低电压、压降及恢复情况。最多 32 条，满后覆盖最早记录。

3. Connect in the app, open Battery and synchronize records. Select a record for its curve, sampled minimum voltage, drop and recovery. Up to 32 records are retained; the oldest is overwritten when full.

快采时暂停光伏、电流和功率测量，硬件充电与蓝牙继续；缺测空档不补算补电量。

During rapid voltage capture, PV, current and power measurements pause. Hardware charging and Bluetooth continue. Missing intervals are not counted as measured charge.

估算内阻使用假定启动电流 200～400A。“良好 / 一般 / 偏弱”仅评价本次压降，不代表精确内阻、整体健康或寿命。缺采可能漏掉更低电压；不能计算的时长显示“—”。

Estimated resistance assumes a starting current of 200–400A. Ratings describe only this voltage-drop event, not precise resistance, overall health or lifespan. Missing samples may miss a lower voltage; unavailable durations show a dash.

按键与指示灯Button and indicators

正面从左到右：按键、通讯灯、充电灯。

通讯灯常亮：正在记录电压；每秒短闪：广播等待连接；每 5 秒短闪：蓝牙已连接；熄灭：未广播、未连接且未记录。

Communication indicator: steady during voltage recording; one short flash each second while advertising; one each five seconds while connected; off when neither advertising, connected nor recording.

充电灯每秒短闪：充电中；每 5 秒短闪：浮充维护；熄灭可能是未检测到充电、状态未确认或异常，不能据此判断已充满。

Charging indicator: one short flash each second while charging; one each five seconds during float maintenance. Off can mean no charging signal, an unconfirmed state or a fault; it does not prove a full battery.

记录结束恢复蓝牙灯态，保存结果在 App 查看。灯色及实际闪烁仍待实机验收。

After capture the communication indicator resumes its Bluetooth state. Check saved results in the app. Indicator color and actual timing remain subject to hardware validation.

App 页面、历史与统计App pages, history and statistics

首页看实时数据，数据页看曲线统计，电池页查看按键记录，说明页看操作，信息页同步时间与查看日志；App 支持中英越三种语言。

Home shows live values; Data shows curves and statistics; Battery contains button records; Guide explains operation; Information provides time and logs. The app supports Chinese, English and Vietnamese.

半小时一条历史，最多 720 条；时间可靠时保留最近 15 天，支持 7 日与 12 月补电统计。实时曲线支持 1 / 5 / 30 分钟，重连清空实时缓存，不删除设备历史和按键记录。

History is stored every 30 minutes, up to 720 records or 15 days with reliable time. Statistics cover seven days and twelve months. Live curves support 1/5/30-minute windows; reconnecting clears only live chart buffers.

电量为电压估算，充电时可能偏高。Ah / Wh 不是电瓶净增电量或整车耗电。首页与实时曲线用补偿电压，历史和按键记录用连接端电压，可能不同。

State of charge is estimated from voltage and may read high while charging. Ah/Wh do not represent net battery gain or vehicle consumption. Live battery voltage includes line compensation; stored history and button records use terminal voltage.

“同步记录”补读设备新增或变化记录；“重新分析全部”仅重算本地缓存，可离线使用。缺失不等于零，跨缺口连线仅示意趋势。

Synchronize records reads new or changed device records. Reanalyze all recalculates local cached records and works offline. Missing data is not zero; lines across gaps indicate trends only.

设置与维护Settings and maintenance

系统设置 → 测量校准：线路补偿 0～300mΩ，默认 50mΩ，0 关闭；电流清零 0～200mA，默认 50mA，低于阈值清零、等于保留，0 关闭正向小电流清零。

System settings → Measurement calibration: line compensation is 0–300mΩ, default 50mΩ; zero disables it. Current-zero threshold is 0–200mA, default 50mA. Values below it become zero; equal values remain. Zero disables positive small-current suppression.

有效保存值优先，连接后查询确认，保存并回读一致才确认成功。启动估算内阻不能用于线路补偿。

Valid stored values take priority. Query the device after connecting and verify readback after saving. Do not use estimated starting resistance as line compensation.

恢复出厂清除业务配置、时间设置、统计、记录及日志，保留工厂校准；线路补偿与电流清零分别恢复 50mΩ、50mA。请先保存需要的数据。

Factory reset clears business configuration, time settings, statistics, records and logs, but retains factory calibration. Line compensation and current threshold return to 50mΩ and 50mA. Preserve needed data first.

本产品未测整车放电、光伏输入功率和电池温度。芯片独立充电，App 不调节充电阶段，浮充不等于 100% 电量。

Vehicle discharge, PV input power and battery temperature are not measured. Charging is controlled independently by hardware; the app does not adjust charging stages. Float does not mean 100% state of charge.
